Friday October 10 Drive to North Vancouver and stay (not included)
- Alternatively, you could also take the ferry and stay in Langdale, Gibsons, or Sechelt
Saturday Oct 11:
- Take 7:30 - 8:10 am Ferry Horseshoe Bay to Langdale (if you didn't take it the day before)
- Drive to Kal & Ann's if have high clearance vehicle (let me know if you need picked up in Egmont). Arrive ~ 10 am.
- 1 dive before lunch + 1 dive after lunch
Sun Oct 12: 2 dives
Mon Oct 13: 2 dives
Tues Oct 14: light breakfast then drive home

Non-refundable; hardship refunds considered if cancelled spot is booked by a different diver at full cost.
*Prices are in CAD and are pp based on double occupancy. The price in USD is approximate and depends on the daily exchange rate.

Directions

Drive to the Horseshoe Bay Ferry, 6750 Keith Road, West Vancouver, BC V7W 2V1. (There are other ferry terminals in the area, so make sure you go to the Horseshoe Bay terminal.) This is ~ 1 hr 20 minutes north of the boarder, without traffic.
1. The Peace Arch boarder crossing is open 24 hours, with a Nexus line that opens at 7 am. The Lynden crossing opens at 8 am and has no Nexus line.
Take the ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale.
Drive ~ 1 hr 45 minutes to the Strongwater Retreat (if you have high-clearance vehicle)
If you don't have a high-clearance vehicle you'll need a pick up at the Bathgate general store, ~ 10 min boat ride to Strongwater Retreat.

What to Bring

Passport and/or Nexus card
If you bring your own tanks, you only need two. If you want to use Kal's please let us know.
Headlamp or flashlight
Hangers for drysuits, hoods, and gloves (some are available)
Swimsuit for hot tub
Soap, shampoo
Soda, beer and/or wine, if desired
